Does ScriptAware provide prescription services, by mail order or other delivery method?
No. Scriptaware does NOT provide prescriptions, our software is used to organize and streamline your drug therapy from taking the medication to refilling and pick-up at the pharmacy.

Will ScriptAware keep track of my doses?
Yes. ScriptAware will track doses and dates so you will always know how many doses have been taken and how many doses remain.

Will I be able to update and add new information as it changes?
Yes. The software is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate, and is very easy to add and change data as your drug therapy changes.

Will it contact my pharmacy for a refill?
Yes. The system will automatically email your pharmacy for a refill when your drug doses reach a 4 day supply remaining. You will also receive notification that your pharmacy was contacted and are due for a refill.

Will the software be able to handle multiple drugs and multiple Patients?
Yes. The system is designed to handle many patients if you are a caregiver, and can handle and track all of the medications that make up a multiple drug therapy regimen.

Will I be charged monthly for this service?
No, You will only be charged a yearly fee of $15.99 for unlimited pharmacy and doctor notification faxes.

Will I be notified when I am out of refills?
Yes. Your pharmacy, doctor and you will be notified that a new prescription is needed either you will be contacted by the pharmacy or doctor or both to inform you of what steps you need to take.

Will all of my health information be kept secure and private?
Yes. ScriptAware is secure and conforms to all privacy laws and takes privacy extremely seriously. Your private health information is safe with our secure software and will never be shared with any agency or other third party.
